Billionaire Boy by David Walliams (2010)
The book is the story of Joe who appears to have everything he needs because his father is a billionaire (he is the creator of a business called ‘Wet Nappy’ – a new type of toilet roll!).
The story opens with Joe driving a racing car in his inside track however, it’s not all fun; because of his new found money, he finds it hard to make friends. When he moves school, he meets someone and they have a lot in common. Their journey of being friends goes through ups and downs, but at the end they become very good friends for years to come.
I really enjoyed this book because it teaches you a lot about friendship.
